Fifty-nine year old Lloyd Walker was arrested this past week at the Cincinnati Premium Outlets for stealing to support his crack habit.

Store officials phoned the police when they noticed that Walker had been stealing and they were unable to catch him. Walker initially shoplifted on August 7th from Saks Fifth Avenue when he concealed 5 pairs of high dollar sunglasses in a plastic bag. [read more...]
